Second Avenue

A previously cramped and dark kitchen did not use the space to its best advantage. by creating a large and long island down the center of the room, painting the walls white and installing pot lights as well as over the counter pendants, the kitchen feels incredibly spacious. this kitchen is modern, has a ton of storage and counter space, has just the right flow and is also connected nicely to the homes outdoor deck. the dark 1st floor tv room was also brightened up and modernized with white paint, simple furnishings and removing a heavy mantel piece. the bathrooms were modernized with floating vanities, round mirrors and new faucets and lighting. the last 2 photographs are the "before" shots of the kitchen.
